Here goes...everything :)

I have officially decided on the name for my new organizing company. I'm not going to reveal it to you all just yet...but just know it's in the works and I'm so excited about it! I've been doing a ton of research, learning, reading, and can't wait to start organizing for people! I figure, it's one of the things I love doing and most people hate it so...why not help make other people's lives calmer, simpler, and more organized of course. If you need a room organized, leave me a comment and I'm all yours. I have to log a certain amount of hours to become certified...here I am, at your service!

Well, things are a bit more in order here than they used to be, but I'm sure that your organization expertise could always be used. Plus, we have to go get pedicures! :)

Right now I have an office and a nursery to organize... :) (though the nursery has nothing in it yet!)

Fish on Land

I was telling my friend Kristi the other day that we sordof feel like Fish on Land. Out of place, awkward, and not sure what we are supposed to do to survive. Our lives have been a whirlwind since...well...awhile. We left the church Adam was on staff with Easter Sunday. Since then, we have been praying and asking God what and where we are supposed to do next. Move to Charlotte, move to Wilmington, move to somewhere a church hires us. Do we look for church positions or look for secular jobs...do we look for student ministry jobs or another type of ministry? Do we sell or rent our house? What are we supposed to do? The answer to these questions are not yet decided. We have had some contacts for jobs but nothing has come through yet. We think we might want to move to Wilmington if we can find something. I think I offend people

Truth: I think I offend people. Some people just get on my nerves. While I realize this is not a "godly woman" kind of comment...sometimes that is how I react to people. I get annoyed when people speak condescendingly to me. I get annoyed when others question my word. I get annoyed when people lie. I get annoyed when people try to tell what they are learning from the Lord to others as though that is what THEY should be learning at that exact same season of life. These things...ugh. I get annoyed when people who have kids talk to people who don't have kids like they are stupid or ignorant. Same goes with married people and single people. I cannot be the only person that struggles with this. And I try really hard to filter what I say...so usually I'm only thinking that I'm annoyed but occasionally it pops right out of my mouth before I have time to catch it.
